1. Who is responsible for your data
The Woofery, operated by Amanda McNamara is the data controller for the personal information collected through Dog Treat Profit Lab.
2. What we collect
We collect: your name and email address (for your account); the content you create and store in the app (recipes, ingredients, inventory, notes); support messages you send us; and limited technical data such as device identifiers, IP address and usage/telemetry to keep the service secure and working.
3. How we use it
We use this data to create and manage your account, provide the service, respond to support enquiries, keep the service secure and prevent fraud, and improve the product. Payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
4. Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), to pursue our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and product improvement), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where we ask for it.
5. Who we share it with
We share data with: service providers who host and support the service (for example hosting and analytics providers); Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing; professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed; and authorities where required by law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active, and for a reasonable period after so we can deal with refunds, disputes and tax obligations. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or de-identified. You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, update or delete your personal information, and you can ask us to stop processing it. You can also export the data you have created in the app. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at dogtreatprofitlabsupport@dogbakerysecrets.com.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We may use non-essential analytics cookies to understand usage; you can disable these in your browser.
