Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who we are

These terms apply between you and The Woofery, operated by Amanda McNamara ("we", "us", "our"), the provider of Dog Treat Profit Lab. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Dog Treat Profit Lab is a recipe costing and pricing tool for dog treat bakeries of every size. It helps you cost ingredients, packaging, labour and oven time, and price treats for profit.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18, or have the authority to bind the business you represent, to use the service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. This includes any unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringement of third-party intellectual property, or any attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the service (including malware, probing or scraping).

5. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service, its software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your chosen plan. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer it.

6. Payments, billing and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; see our Refund Policy.

7. Service level

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may update, suspend or discontinue features from time to time.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may lose access to your data; we will provide a reasonable window to export it where practicable.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If any part is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms and will note the date above.
